I’m a full-spectrum doula, an integrative nutrition health coach, and a yoga + meditation teacher. I graduated from the institute for integrative nutrition in 2017 and trained as a doula in 2021 with Doula trainings international. I live in weymouth with my husband, Zack, our son, ANgus, and Rory--our Australian Shepherd.
